CLIENT & GOAL
Our client – a large bank, requested us to keep track of the competition on a monthly basis. Specific bank products and services were included in accordance with the assignor's needs and requirements.

METHOD
The information was collected online from the portal “Moite pari”, as well as from the official websites, tariffs and interest bulletins of each bank.

RESULTS & BENEFITS
We updated the distinct instrument (tool) frequently. With the help of this tool the bank employees could keep track of the most up to date offers that their competitors had on the market for bank products and services. They could consult their clients more easily and in a more persuasive manner with this information by making direct comparisons with the competition and pointing out the advantages of their own bank.
